INSURED & TRACKED
We insure all our deliveries until they arrive at your door to help give you peace of mind. All of our deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking code with instructions soon after your order’s shipment. We can also quickly follow up on any deliveries that seem to be taking too long to see where your order is.
THE SHIPPING PROCESS
We strive to ensure you get your package as quick as possible. We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Express shipping generally takes between 1-2 business days and Standard Shipping approximately 2-5 business days, depending if you are located in a major city or a rural area. As soon as your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking details so you can track the delivery to your door. Orders are shipped daily, Monday – Friday. The cut off for orders to be shipped out that day is 12 pm.
FREE SHIPPING
Who doesn’t love free shipping? Simply spend $150 or more with us and we will ship your products for free, to anywhere in Australia. The ‘free shipping’ will automatically become available when you exceed $150. This does not apply to international purchases.
